New Features & Enhancements
Conjoint Design Quality Matrix
Conjoint designs can now be evaluated using D‑Efficiency and D‑Error metrics, giving research teams a clear, quantitative view of design quality before a study goes to field.
New Market Simulation Reports
Two new reports were added to the Market Simulator: Scenario Comparison, which allows several simulated scenarios to be evaluated side by side, and Source of Share, which shows where a product’s share is coming from. Together they make competitive dynamics far easier to interpret.
Redesigned Reporting Experience
Reporting was upgraded across the board with new ways to view and present survey results, including additional chart and table formats, clearer report organisation, and refreshed dashboard layouts. Standard report widgets are now set up automatically, so dashboards are ready to review as soon as a survey closes.
Streamlined Export Experience
Getting data out of the platform is now simpler and more consistent. A new Data Takeout capability replaces the previous export process, giving a single, reliable way to retrieve survey data. In the Market Simulator, exporting was redesigned around a clearer configuration step, and several reports can now be exported together into one file instead of one at a time.
Modelling & Analytical Accuracy
More Realistic Preference Modelling
Preferences rarely move in isolation: liking one feature often goes hand in hand with liking another. Our conjoint estimation now captures these relationships at the population level through a Lewandowski‑Kurowicka‑Joe (LKJ) prior on the group-level utility covariance matrix, producing more realistic simulated results.
Cleaner, More Defensible Price Curves
Price curves should move in a way that makes intuitive sense, without small irregular reversals along the way. Building on earlier smoothing work, we introduced a soft monotonicity constraint in our price‑response estimation, keeping curves consistent while still letting the data speak. Price elasticity outputs are now more robust and presentation‑ready for client work.
Data Quality, Performance & Reliability
New Content Fit Quality Filter
A new Content Fit filter evaluates how well open‑ended responses match the expected survey context, adding another layer of protection against low‑quality or off‑topic answers.
